Annual holiday concert features students, alumni, staff, faculty, and community musicians

Organized by Senior Adjunct Lecturer Shelley Ensor, the “McDaniel for the Holidays” special seasonal concert features McDaniel students, alumni, staff, and faculty, as well as community members. The free performance takes place Sunday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. in Baker Memorial Chapel.

McDaniel College Music faculty members and community musicians perform in a special seasonal concert celebrating the holiday season.

McDaniel College’s Department of Music presents the annual "McDaniel for the Holidays” concert on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. in Baker Memorial Chapel. 

Organized by Senior Adjunct Lecturer Shelley Ensor, this special seasonal concert features McDaniel students, alumni, staff, and faculty, as well as community members. 

Those performing include students in the McDaniel College Gospel Choir and Green TerrorTones a cappella ensemble, as well as staff and faculty, including Glenn Caldwell, Music professor; Shelley Ensor, senior adjunct lecturer of Music; Michael Hirsh, adjunct lecturer; Jen Newgent '07, adjunct lecturer of Music; David Duree, senior adjunct lecturer of Music; Rachel Andrews, staff accompanist; Walt Michael '68, artist in residence, and Jordan Greene '24, coordinator of Student Engagement. Community members performing are Alice Dorsey, Chris James, Shawn Dennison, Christan Ty, and Kim Rivers.
