Due to the severe storms expected in our area this afternoon, McDaniel College will close at 1 p.m. today, March 16.
Employees, with the exception of essential personnel who are designated by department heads, may also elect to use liberal leave prior to 1 p.m. should travel conditions be too hazardous. Staff may work with supervisors to take vacation time, flextime, or leave without pay. When in doubt, the employee should place safety first.
