Modified Commencement Instructions for Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony

Students, please report to Old Gill with your cap, gown, and hood for robing/line up at 1 p.m.

• Please look for flags/signage indicating which entrance into Gill Gymnasium should be used. 
• You will be directed to the appropriate table when you arrive to pick up your name/line-up card. 
• Remember to listen to instructions given by the faculty marshals.

All umbrellas and rain gear should be given to guests prior to picking up your name/line-up card. These items will not be allowed to process with you into the ceremony.

Please note, these changes DO NOT affect your guests. Doors will still open to Gill Center at 1 p.m. (one hour prior to the start of the ceremony).
