Accordingly, the College maintains comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure that all rights available under Title IX and other applicable laws are upheld.
In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106, McDaniel College (“McDaniel College” or “the College”) does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of the College’s educational programming and activities.
In response to 34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10) of the 2020 Title IX Final Rule, McDaniel College is required to publicly share all materials used to train Title IX personnel. These individuals include the Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. McDaniel College will post access to training materials through this website to the extent necessary to comply with Title IX.
