McDaniel College named a Military Friendly School for fifth consecutive year
McDaniel College has been named to the Military Friendly Schools® list for the fifth consecutive year.
The list honors the top 15 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools that are doing the most for military service members, veterans and spouses as students and ensure their success on campus.
Army ROTC has been a tradition at the college since 1919, and the Green Terror Battalion is one of the oldest ROTC programs in the nation. McDaniel also participates in the Post-9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program.
Compiled by Victory Media, the premier media entity for military personnel transitioning into civilian life, the list was compiled through extensive research and a data-driven survey of more than 12,000 VA-approved schools nationwide. It will be highlighted in the annual G.I. Jobs Guide to Military Friendly Schools ®, distributed in print and digital format to hundreds of thousands of active and former military personnel in early October.
