McDaniel scored a doubleheader sweep of Dickinson April 23 in Centennial Conference (CC) softball action while Billy Emerson and Luis Miramontes won field events at the Mason-Dixon Invitational in men’s outdoor track and field action.

In the double-header with Dickinson, the Green Terror (21-12-1, 12-1-1) took the opener 3-1 in the eighth inning before completing the sweep with a 3-0 victory. With the two wins, McDaniel can assure itself the top seed in the conference tournament with two wins at Haverford next Saturday. The Green Terror has clinched at least the need to replay the Gettysburg tie for hosting rights, pending the outcomes of the April 29-30 finals.
