    Alum Bernard Jankowski, a poet and essayist, delivers annual Bothe Poetry Reading

    Poet and essayist Bernard Jankowski ’80 delivers McDaniel College’s 37th annual B. Christopher Bothe Memorial Lecture on the eve of National Poetry Month on Tuesday, March 31. Jankowski is a special education teacher and author of “Music in the Halls," along with five books of poetry. The event, which is free and open to the public, takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Coley Rice Lounge, McDaniel Hall.

    Winners were announced during the opening reception of the Kathryn E. Wentz Juried Undergraduate Exhibition on Thursday, March 26. The exhibition runs through Friday, April 10, in McDaniel College's Esther Prangley Rice Gallery.

    Five high school seniors surprised with full four-year scholarships as McDaniel's newest Dorsey Scholars

    McDaniel College’s Admissions Office, along with the Green Terror, surprised five high school seniors from Anne Arundel and Carroll counties in Maryland and Lititz, Pennsylvania, with full four-year scholarships as the college’s newest Dorsey Scholars for the Class of 2030. The Dorsey Scholars Program is the highest academic honor at McDaniel.
