Biology students present research during “Antennae, Tentacles, and Beyond" fall research symposium
McDaniel Biology students presented their research from fall semester course-based projects on ecology, marine symbiosis, entomology, antibiotic resistance, and more, including scientific posters, during the “Antennae, Tentacles, and Beyond" fall research symposium hosted by McDaniel College's Biology department.
Sophomore Riley Jackson and senior Zoe Philip present their research on "Correlation between abiotic factors and species diversity in a pond ecosystem at the McDaniel Environmental Center."
On Wednesday, Dec. 3, McDaniel College’s Biology department hosted a fall research symposium, titled “Antennae, Tentacles, and Beyond," which allowed Biology students to present their research from fall semester course-based projects on ecology, marine symbiosis, entomology, antibiotic resistance, and more, including scientific posters.
