Senior Marlowe Embry honored with Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award

Senior Kinesiology major Marlowe Embry, a member of the McDaniel volleyball team, has been honored by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education as part of its annual Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholars Award.

Embry was a first-team member of the volleyball list. It is the third time Embry has earned the recognition after being a second-team member in 2019 and first-team honoree in 2020. She is the first McDaniel student-athlete to be honored three times.
