Schedule a personal session and a CEO staff member will coach you on your job and internship search, pushing you to investigate career options. They expertly guide you through utilizing LinkedIn and other powerful search engines while providing assistance as they review your resume and cover letter. I'm not sure what I want to do after college. What do you recommend?

Better understand your skills, aptitude, and talents with a free online assessment. We recommend Holland Code (takes 10-15 minutes) and 16Personalities (takes 10-20 minutes). When you are finished taking an assessment, schedule an appointment to meet with a career counselor to receive coaching on your next steps.

What are some other ways I can network with professionals?

Create a full profile and network with McDaniel College alumni on the professional networking site, LinkedIn.  Additionally, we courage you to join a professional organization to learn more about industry trends - you may even be able to get a discounted/free membership for most organizations. 

What resources do you have for international students?

All International students are required to meet with McDaniel’s Director of International and Off-Campus Programs. Additionally, you will be able to discuss internship and full-time job searches, using your CPT and OPD.
