McDaniel College once again appears on The Princeton Review’s “Best Northeastern” colleges list and in its "2019 Best Colleges: Region by Region" website feature

According to The Princeton Review, colleges are chosen for their excellent academics in addition to survey results from students about their campus experiences.

In its website profile on McDaniel, The Princeton Review notes that McDaniel’s “‘small size allows for…amazing interactions’ between its students and faculty” and that “the ‘tight-knit’ community grants opportunities to connect with others and share school spirit as the ‘Green Terror.’”

One student commented, “’McDaniel students come from a wide variety of backgrounds and have an even wider variety of interests. It is not very difficult to find really great friends at McDaniel.’”

McDaniel is among 25 percent of the nation’s four-year colleges identified as best in four regions of the country — Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and West. The Princeton Review named only 225 colleges in 11 states as northeastern regional best colleges.
