Two-time reigning Centennial Conference Player of the Week freshman Nicole Hill of Bowie, Md., scored the tie-breaking goal in the 98th minute for the Green Terror (10-2, 4-1 CC) to defeat Swarthmore 2-1 Oct. 12 in Centennial Conference (CC) women's soccer action, running the team's current winning streak to seven games.

Just 3:19 into the game, Hill found freshman Christina Wroblewski of Glen Mills, Pa., directly off a throw-in to stake the hosts to an early 1-0 lead. With 2:41 to play in the first overtime, Wroblewski returned the favor. She found Hill, who drew the keeper out and fired on an open net for the game-winner.

The Green Terror returns to action at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at Gettysburg.

McDaniel recorded 91 digs as a team in a 3-0 win Oct. 12 over Swarthmore in Centennial Conference (CC) volleyball action. The Green Terror (15-5, 4-2 CC) defeated the Garnet in straight sets 25-23, 25-19 before following the victory up with a 25-4, 25-7, 25-12 win over Trinity (D.C.).

Kloe Martin of Littleton, Colo., led the way in the conference victory, notching 20 kills and 26 digs – the first McDaniel player to reach 20 kills and 20 digs in a three-set match. Martin recorded her 20 kills against just three errors in 45 attempts to hit a team-best .378.
