4+1 Program Provides Option to earn Joint Degree
Through a collaboration with Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, McDaniel students have the opportunity to earn a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree from both institutions.
The 4+1 program includes a bachelor’s degree from McDaniel and a master of science degree in either Finance or Marketing from Carey Business School, which has campuses in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Students in the program have the opportunity to enhance their graduate degrees with STEM concentrations in financial econometrics and marketing analytics.
McDaniel undergraduate students who wish to enter the program would apply in their junior year and complete two graduate courses during their senior year. After completing their bachelor’s degree in any undergraduate major from McDaniel, students begin to earn the remaining 32 credits of the required 36 credits of graduate-level coursework at Johns Hopkins. They would do the work online or at a Carey Business School campus.
